Reservation Policy
- All rates quoted are per room, per night in Euro and include breakfast, VAT and all local taxes.
- Final confirmation (hotel vouchers) are being sent to clients only once full payment has been received by client.
- Voucher covers only what is mentioned on it. All other extras are to be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
- In case a client requires extension of his reservation he should contact Ms. Stella Valvi only in writing at stev@heliotopos.net.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration
Total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of 15% of the total amount, for cancellations made in written form before 3 August 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 3 August 2011.
Accommodation
The selected hotels that will be published here for this event, provide special offers as Early Saver Rate promotions. Early Saver Rates reward consumers who
book early and offer a great reason to plan early and take advantage of these special offers. The rates per night are lower than the rates available on the
official websites for the same room type, during the same period. Please be informed that the reservations are non-refundable and in case of cancellation
or partial reduction of your stay, the reservation will result to 100% cancellation fees.
Insurance and liability
Acommodation fees/amounts do not include insurance of any kind. It is highly recommended that all participants carry an adequate travel and health insurance, Heliotopos or Magma's booking engine cannot accept any liability for accidents, illnesses or injuries that may occur at or during guest's accommodation at the selected property.
